Update TF examples to Keras V3 #2319

What happened?

We updated the TF examples to use TF-V2 (#2015), but as described here, as a workaround it uses Keras V2.

We need to verify whether the code can be adapted to work with Keras V3.

What did you expect to happen?

TensorFlow examples are executed using Keras V3
