Lineage tracking docs and examples #1959

Lineage tracking was introduced back in Kubeflow 1.0. I don't think we have docs or examples highlighting this feature.

It would be great to document its use both in the context of Kubeflow pipelines and standalone (i.e. using the metadata SDK) to record metadata.

In the context of KFP I believe there are some differences in what data is tracked depending on whether people are using the KFP SDK or the TFX SDK. So we should document this.
