Update meetings info in the community page #3902

I updated meeting info in the Kubeflow community page since our users can't see calendar invites after joining the kubeflow-discuss Google group. Ref thread: https://cloud-native.slack.com/archives/C073W572LA2/p1727909955509359.

  1. I added list of all available meetings.
  2. I removed KServe calendar from the aggregated view since it is not used.
  3. I added YouTube links for recordings.
  4. I added Data WG and remove Deployment WG from this page.
