Allow specification of config file #8

It's kinda clunky to use kubemqctl with it's configuration file in the same dir. Could you guys read from an env variable or specify an absolute path for kubemqctl.yaml?

thank you for your comment, if you kube config is in your default location, you don't need to do any configuration, it will take it from there
