[Feature Request] vip 简化及其使用场景地址对简化 #4156

Description

  1. vip 移除 parent mac， 由于 vip 绑定到 虚拟机，可以绑定多个，所以不是一个一对一的逻辑。故移除
  2. aaps annotation 移除

简化 vip 的代码

Anything else?

简化地址对使用vip
