French Translation for 1.0

It is somewhat hackish and french is definitely my second language (And getting 
rustier by the day) but it seems better than having blank strings, until an 
actual francophone can do it properly.

I had been maintaining the French translation of Thematic up until v 0.97 but 
lost track when Google Code changed the URL of its RSS feed... I'd be glad to 
help!

Super ! :) I've signed up at http://translate.thematictheme.com/ and will start 
checking/updating the translation. I'd love to be a validator for the French 
version!

Hi Eugene,
Yes I did, Karin and Kathy helped me get set up over there a few months ago and 
I took care of the French version!
