Product-tour for new User #282

For new user, which don't have so much experience with our solution it would be good to have a guided tour to create a cluster and explain the Manage Cluster

A brilliant idea! What features shall we show in that tour? Step 1: feature 1, 2, 3 Step 2: feature 4,5

Also question is:

Shall we show that all at once, or when a user sees it the first time?

Will there be a possibility to show the tour again?

Sometimes websites show new features with a guided tour. With the right atom-design, we could create a set how future tours for new features could look like. Which will be interesting for experts as well.
