Prepare KKP 2.25 documentation #1640

This PR brings in content for KKP 2.25. I've updated hack/prepare-release.sh a bit so it's usable again. Yet, since there is so much content being copied over, I don't think this is without fault.

I've added a preliminary update guide as well, pulling some key information from the changelog (https://github.com/kubermatic/kubermatic/pull/13050). Content is included up to 476229e72b0fcd6bf26dad65db23d5b4d5403827.

Content is hidden on docs.kubermatic.com after merging this PR so we can officially launch once 2.25 is out.

Fixes #1638.
