begin KKP 2.26 upgrade notes #1665

This PR adds the first version of the 2.26 upgrade notes. I updated all Helm charts in KKP and so this KKP release brings with it a longer list of migration steps, but besides Loki, no real human intervention is required usually :crossed_fingers:
