Add workaroud for Cortex Alertmanager service discovery bug #110

Cortex helm chart versions between v0.7.0 and v1.0.0 have a bug in alertmanager headless service definition (reference to a wrong port). This PR adds our own cortex-alertmanager-headless-kkp service on top of the Cortex deployment and makes use of it instead of the one provided with the Cortex helm chart.

This can be removed and cleaned up after upgrade to Cortex helm chart v1.0.0+.
