Enable using a single values file for all mla charts #114

This commit prefixes the last 2 charts so that it's possible to use a single values-file to install any chart.

mla-secrets:

received mlaSecrets prefix

alertmanager-proxy:

prefixed with alertmanagerProxy
alertmanagerProxy is moved to alertmanagerProxy.proxy
alertmanagerAuthzServer is moved to alertmanagerProxy.authz
