This PR fixes #44, and this also aligns with the latest document of the User Cluster MLA installation guide: https://docs.kubermatic.com/kubermatic/master/guides/monitoring_logging_alerting/user_cluster/admin_guide/#installing-mla-stack-in-a-seed-cluster
