Add common Grafana dashboards #56

Adds relevant KKP dashboards & k8s overview dashboard for Grafana.

Also adds a script for generating dashboards from KKP upstream dashboards.

Moves dashboards from Grafana values.yaml, as managing values.yaml with 1000s lines of code is not convenient, especially if users will want to override some values. Also generating dashboard configmap from KKP upstream dashboards is much easier.

For future archeologists: The "Kubernetes overview" dashboard was seemingly adopted from https://grafana.com/grafana/dashboards/315-kubernetes-cluster-monitoring-via-prometheus/
