Create MLA release for KKP 2.20.x #88

KKP 2.20 changed KKP API groups from kubermatic.k8s.io to kubermatic.k8c.io. Because of that, we need a new release of MLA that would address the following:

fix https://github.com/kubermatic/mla/issues/87
recompile & release new quay.io/kubermatic/alertmanager-authorization-server version
test all MLA functionality
