rename tk8 to tk8ctl #117

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. *ctl is a common pattern for using CLIs, tk8ctl would be a better name for tk8 cli tool :-)

Describe the solution you'd like Rename tk8 to tk8ctl by the next release.
