Runbook links are broken #685

Links to KubeControllerManagerDown and KubeSchedulerDown runbooks are broken.

The link is supposed to go to CoreOS website, but that redirects me to a generic RedHat's Tectonic page. I would expect to see a runbook instead :)

We are open for contributions in this space. Feel free to either contribute runbooks for those in here or in https://github.com/prometheus-operator/runbooks/tree/main/content/runbooks/kubernetes
