📖 Add CAEP of using KubeadmProvider #188

What this PR does / why we need it: This PR adds the CAEP of using KubeadmProvider and the kubeadm libs to template the nested control plane.

The overall looks great. Can you add the link to the KubeadmControlPlane API/Controller? It is not easy to find them out.
