Create a cluster with kind 0.11.1
clusterctl init xxxx
got error "Error: current version of clusterctl is only compatible with v1beta1 providers, detected v1alpha4 for provider cluster-api"
What did you expect to happen:
Expect master cluster setup

Minikube/KIND version: 0.11.1
Kubernetes version: (use kubectl version): client version 1.18, server version 1.21
