docs: complete the "getting started guide" for other platforms #154

The current getting started guide uses ./hack/local-up-cluster.sh. It would be great to extend that guide (or create other guides?) for other platforms.

For example:

[ ] CoreOS Container Linux (possibly links to an existing guide, if it exists somewhere else already?)
[ ] Minikube
[ ] kube-spawn
[ ] (add others...)
