As a follow-up to #741, we need to integrate the e2e tests with the jenkins workflow.

@pmorie Should running this replace the testing aspects of test_walkthrough.sh?

@kibbles-n-bytes we should do them both for now, eventually i would like to have a walkthrough e2e.
