Update test file manifest paths for e2e tests #1303

Is this a bug fix or adding new feature? Fixing tests What is this PR about? / Why do we need it? This PR fixes some of the test manifest file paths so that we can run the E2E tests What testing is done? Ran e2e tests. Previously they could not run due to incorrect file paths, this change fixes that.
