I stopped working with this project - I don't use EFS anymore :)

What happened? PV doesn't reclaim storage after PVC has been deleted. It's throwing an error:
What you expected to happen? PV to reclaim storage after PVC removal.
How to reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible)? Apply:
And remove PVC.
