Documentation missing on configuring WAF #608

The waf-acl-id annotation isn't mentioned in our documentation. Ideally this is described in ingress-resources.md

@bigkraig I was just looking for this! I need to get a WAF figured out in the next few weeks for a POC.

Any update on adding the WAF to the documentation?
