Table view as in `kpt live apply` is hard to read on slow terminals #611

The table printing method is rewriting all lines after erasing them: https://github.com/kubernetes-sigs/cli-utils/blob/135cc3f50979b218be8832e539e3c29b143c2bef/pkg/print/table/base.go#L58-L61

On a slow terminal, in my case a session running in Ubuntu in WSL2 via a Visual Studio Code WSL remote, the table view looks like a CRT monitor in slow motion. It is hard to read it because it seems like lines are blank for longer periods of time then they are present.

Some possible solutions are:

Regarding the second option, for anyone else that comes across this issue, are you open to use of outside contributions / new third-party libraries to implement it?
