What is the webhook doing in the coredns operator? #22

I noticed addon-operators/coredns/pkg/webhook/, but I can't see what it's there for, or why we would need a webhook to install DNS.

I believe that's kubebuilder/controller-runtime scaffolding and it isn't being used by anything. It can be removed if we don't have any plans to use it.
