Describe the solution you'd like

As a developer I'd like to have ClusterClass provisioning covered in E2E tests.

Anything else you would like to add:

This is a follow up of https://github.com/kubernetes-sigs/cluster-api-provider-gcp/pull/1351#issuecomment-2456947609. There are templates for creating ClusterClass and Cluster from topology but this case needs to be added to the list of scenarios covered in E2E.
