Adjust some e2e test timeouts #162

Closed davidvossel closed 1 year ago

davidvossel commented 2 years ago

The e2e CI environments we're using are shared, and can produce inconsistent results when it comes to how long it takes for certain guest cluster actions to take place. This is especially true when container images are being pulled from the internet from various locations.

This PR relaxes some timeouts in hopes of further reducing flakiness.
