🌱 volume.Projected support for kube-root-ca.crt ConfigMaps #334

What this PR does / why we need it : In this PR I would like to make volume.Projected support for kube-root-ca.crt ConfigMaps. And meanwhile renew the Checker to check the TenantRootCACertConfigMapName in super.
