⚠️ Bastion cleanup

What this PR does / why we need it: This commit works with .spec.bastion:

• makes availablityZone, floatingIP and instance pointers
• adds floatingIP IPv4 validation
• adds validation that if Bastion is enabled, instance cannot be null
• rename instance->spec
