[Conformance testing] pod-affinity scheduling constraint #147

Check correctness of the pod-affinity constraint.

Properties:

Measured criteria:

  1. Sorted sequence of rations of (#pod_on_a_node/#total_pods_on_all_nodes) in ascending order. The sequence is expected to have the highest values at the end and zero values for the rest.
