Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. If controller.kubernetes.io/pod-deletion-cost annotation is set, Descheduler could consider sorting to ensure that pods with lowest cost are evicted first.
Describe the solution you'd like If the PodDeletionCost annotation is set, Descheduler should honor the order in which it evicts.
