feat: add benchmark and skipping features example #453

This adds an example of skipping the features package and how to run a benchmark using the testenv client.

I'm waiting for a kubernetes-sigs member to verify that this patch is reasonable to test. If it is, they should reply with /ok-to-test on its own line.
