AWS Route53 Records Remain When Ingress is Removed #3946

What happened: When deleting Ingress resources associated with Route53 records in AWS, the sync policy is not deleting records because the owner does not match. The owner id picked up from the records was reported as "", but there is an owner specified in the entry.

What you expected to happen: The records should have been removed since the policy was set to sync.

How to reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible):

Hi @bradhandy, Did you get any workaround for this? I am also facing the same issue.

Yes, I went back a version to v0.13.5. This course of action is specified in the issue description as well.
