[Feature Request] Domain Expiration Info

What would you like to be added:

Domain expiration warning metrics (Prometheus, Grafana) and logs. If possible, other info too like created, updated, emails...

Why is this needed:

In Cloudflare provider, for instance, after expiration, we continue to be able to change records, but with no effect nor alerts. Being alerted if the domain is closed to be expired or already expired is a good feature for people that have lots of domains from different registrars to manage. I think of this like the cert-manager cert expiration except a certificate can have an expiration date after the domain.
