Add support for specifying the physical block size #1242

Add support for specifying the physical block size as a parameter (physicalBlockSizeBytes in https://cloud.google.com/compute/docs/reference/rest/v1/disks). Disks with 16K physical block sizes enable performance improvements for database workloads.
