Add conformance test for NamedPort #100

Ensure we test https://github.com/kubernetes-sigs/network-policy-api/blob/4acd68c29cd8ba863e75cb4d4bfb0b6d9ffcfcfc/apis/v1alpha1/shared_types.go#L59 for ANP and BANP

I am half debating of moving this also as an extended conformance.

This was discussed in sig-net-pol meeting today and it was decided we should keep it in core conformance.
