Mention the Helm chart in deployment docs #113

I stared in dismay at the complicated deployment documentation for a while, plotting how to abstract the parts of the YAML that could be substituted, before I chanced upon the Helm chart while browsing the source tree. This should be advertised as the normal mode of usage.
