Fix package level template for config API reference #341

This PR fixes a few things:

The names of the (possibly more than one) package is sorted, so that the generated output is deterministic.
An improvement to manually specify the main package when more than one API group/versions are found.
Fixed an error related to the processing of kubeconfig reference.
