Allow passing build arg when building csi-proxy Host Process Container #364

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. The current build arg set in csi-proxy HPC Dockerfile does not allow the defined build arguments to be set

Describe the solution you'd like The build script should be able to pass these build args via env vars.
