Add Calico Windows Guide for Install using the operator #371

Reason for PR: Since Calico version v3.27.0, it was implemented another way of installing calico on Windows Nodes, using the operator.

For the newer versions of Calico (v3.27, v3.28), the calico-hostprocess images are missing, thus resulting in errors if someone follows the previous guides.
