Trivy Adapter: Improve PolicyReportResult mapping #98

Add missing informations to the PolicyReportResult items like result and the subject. Used VulnerabilityID as better generic policy name and the longer title as description message.
Combined the v1alpha1 and v1alpha2 CRD YAMLs to be compatibly with tools like Kyverno.
