Openapi Proto.go break #70

Since gnostic update to yaml.v3, Proto.go can't no long use doc, err := openapi_v2.NewDocument(info, compiler.NewContext("$root", nil)) instead it will have to change to `doc, err := openapi_v2.ParseDocument(specBytes)
