What is the difference between these two metrics? (VerticalPodAutoscaler) #3643

Hello, I am a newbie in this and I have this question with the recommendations that VPA gives me. In the memory metrics the values are expressed in k (kilobytes ??) but in the UpperBound section there is only a number that I don't know what it means ... Someone can tell me? greetings and thanks
