Remove spurious space character in helm chart

What this PR does / why we need it:

The spurious character was introduced in the initial version of the helm chart.

YAML linters fail with errors similar to:

131:16    error    too many spaces before colon  (colons)

Does this PR introduce a user-facing change?:

NONE

Hi @wwentland. Thanks for your PR.

I'm waiting for a kubernetes member to verify that this patch is reasonable to test. If it is, they should reply with /ok-to-test on its own line. Until that is done, I will not automatically test new commits in this PR, but the usual testing commands by org members will still work. Regular contributors should join the org to skip this step.

Once the patch is verified, the new status will be reflected by the ok-to-test label.

It'd be great if we could auto lint instead of fixing this one typo, e.g.

1. Add a make target for linting: https://github.com/kubernetes-sigs/aws-ebs-csi-driver/pull/1454
2. Use it in a presubmit job: https://github.com/kubernetes/test-infra/pull/28390
