Script to test with latest k8s

We can generate a fresh tar prepped to test using:

hack/switch-to-latest-k8s.sh && make ko-build-tar

• We assume kubernetes is checked out under $GOPATH/src/k8s.io/kubernetes
• We update the daemonset as well with the latest version number

In the test harness, if we run the command above and copy over the directory with the manifests to the control plane node, we can load the image to containerd and then use the updated manifests to deploy the freshly built aws cloud controller manager.
