What happened: It turns out that there are actually tags for 1.29.0, 1.27.4 and others, but there are no matching releases for them.
What you expected to happen: GitHub releases for all tags with links to the binaries on GCS
How to reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible):
Anything else we need to know?:
Ideally a GitHub Actions workflow would automatically create a release on tag creation.
