Contributor Marketing Team: Create Storyteller Resources Folder #4798

It would be useful to have a folder in kubernetes/community/communication/marketing-team to contain resources for Storytellers. For example, examples of past interview questions for the SIG highlight blog series. We may produce other resources for other storyteller activities which we would also want to include, so a folder might be the best way to organize it.
