Links not working in sig scheduling #8151

Describe the issue

This Is a Bug Report In the sig scheduling folder under contact in GitHub Teams links are not working showing 404 page

Links which are not working: @kubernetes/sig-scheduling-api-reviews - API Changes and Reviews @kubernetes/sig-scheduling-bugs - Bug Triage and Troubleshooting @kubernetes/sig-scheduling-feature-requests - Feature Requests @kubernetes/sig-scheduling-misc - General Discussion @kubernetes/sig-scheduling-pr-reviews - PR Reviews @kubernetes/sig-scheduling-proposals - Design Proposals @kubernetes/sig-scheduling-test-failures - Test Failures and Triage

github teams can only be browsed if you're a member of the organization (See community-membership.md for that process), this is a github behavior that we cannot change.
