Consider defining kubernetes.dev as the primary domain #358

Currently, www.kubernetes.dev is defined as the primary domain. This website should follow more modern convention and use the apex domain as the primary site. Some DNS providers don't support that, but Netlify does. Note that kubernetes.io is setup in that way -- i.e., the apex domain is primary.
