gen-content.sh creates bogus reference links #509

There are a few links related to the Slack page that are broken. For example, the original page points to:

https://github.com/kubernetes/community/blob/master/communication/slack-config/README.md

However, the generated page points to:

https://github.com/kubernetes/community/blob/master/communication/slack-configREADME.md

Given that the links seems correct in the original file, I believe there must be some sort of mangling happening in gen-content.sh.
